💰 Shipping and Duties

1. Delivery Delays
Extreme weather, customs inspections, peak sales seasons, holidays and other force majeure factors may cause delivery delays.

2. Wrong address
Please make sure the recipient's name, phone number and address are correct, otherwise the package may be returned or lost.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required for re-delivery.
3. Lost or damaged package
Please check before signing: If the outer packaging is damaged, you can refuse to accept it on the spot and take photos for preservation.
