All items offered on Ice-cream Custom are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:

- Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

- International Shipping Charge: Please aware that when you receive your order,  you might be charge for additional fee by your local carrier (which cannot control from seller side) depend on your own country regulations. 

 For International Shipping: It will take around 1-3 weeks (business days)  depend on products and country. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team to get more details relate to your concerns.  

ORDER TRACKING

 You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your  package into their system.

 If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, please do not worry. 
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please don't hesitate to contact us for handling this for you. 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
2. Email us at support@icecreamcustom.com within 1 day after ordering if you'd like express shipping.
3. For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.  
4. For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
5. A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
6. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
7. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

• Incorrect address
• Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
• Severe weather conditions
• International customs procedures
• Modification request

We will offer free shipping for your order over $100.

• Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide Shipping Available: In UnicornsCustom, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country, region or type of products.

• Can I custom products with my own photos?

There are many items which you can upload your own photo on our websites. Please feel free to email atsupport@unicornscustom.com, our customer service team will give a detail solutions.

• What can I do if my card is declined and I cannot finish the check out?

First of all, make sure the information on your card is correct. Then, please try to place the order again using the Paypal. You can find the instruction for payment on Paypal card here. Please read carefully and follow the steps.

• How do I change or cancel my orders?

Please contact our support team within 4 hours since your order is placed to make a request in cancellation/exchange the item or change/update your order information.
After this timeframe, any request relates to cancellation or exchanges won’t be accepted and the item will be processed as normal.

If you want to change the information on your order (ex. shipping address) kindly send us an email atsupport@unicornscustom.com with email title: "Need to change my order - [Your order number]".Please be reminded that we can only edit or make changes on your order within 4 hours from purchase. After that, your order is locked for processing and we can no longer make changes to it. It is very important that the customer should double check all the information before check-out.
